Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must not match the description provided at the time of purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must first contact us at retouchperfumes@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the reason for the return is that the scent does not meet your expectations, you will be required to cover the full shipping cost, and you will receive a refund of 70% of the product price.
We reserve the right to make exceptions for customers who do not meet the return criteria by offering a replacement product instead of a refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

We do not sell or ship to countries outside Egypt, including European Union countries.
Items Purchased with Promo Codes and gift cards are non-returnable.
Returns must be approved before sending back the product; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
